Did you always want to know how to make tender chicken that the meat just comes clean from the bones? Sometimes when you try to grab the chicken wing, you might end up just grabbing the bone, because the meat just slides off. That’s how tender this recipe is going to be.
In just 3 steps I will show you how to make this. This comfort food is good for any time of day. As a snack or side dish, you can enjoy tender grilled chicken wings where the meat would melt of the bones. I am doing this without a barbeque but I am pretty sure it would be tastier using charcoal-grilled chicken wings. So it’s up to you if you want to use the stove like I did, or a barbeque.
Making chicken tender isn’t hard if you know how to do it. So let’s check what you need or check out the video.
Ingredients

- 700 gr chicken wings
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
- some water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs sugar
- 4 cloves of garlics
Step 1: preparation
You only need to cut the garlic. When this is done just mix the chicken wings with water, tomato sauce, salt an sugar. Massage it a bit.
Step 2: boiling
Boil the chicken wings for about 40 minutes in the mixture with a lid on low fire. This is what makes it so tender. During the boiling also stir it a bit from time to time.
After the time is over, you will notice that most of the water is gone and what is left over is some thicker sauce left behind.
Step 3: Grilling on fire
Grill the chicken on both sides. Make sure to move the grill around so it doesn’t burn too much. The purpose to just grill the chicken lightly.
